Residential real estate agents are a mixed bag. I’ve worked with five over the last several years and have interviewed several more. Chelsea is far superior to any I have dealt with, and I would use her again and again. It’s not just in one area that she excels. She is the complete package: smart, responsive, creative, and tenacious. In a down market, Chelsea took the listing for our house, developed a creative marketing approach, and attended every broker and buyer open house. Compare this to other brokers who will often attend the first or second opening and then outsource additional showings to other agents. Chelsea is far superior to any I have dealt with, and I would use her again and again. It’s not just in one area that she excels. She is the complete package: smart, responsive, creative, and tenacious. In a down market, Chelsea took the listing for our house, developed a creative marketing approach, and attended every broker and buyer open house. Compare this to other brokers who will often attend the first or second opening and then outsource additional showings to other agents. In the rare instance that she doesn’t answer her phone, she will respond within the hour, if not within minutes. She priced our house right and sold it quickly. We were so impressed that we retained her on the buy side. That transaction was unusual and more complicated than several commercial deals I have worked on. Unfazed, Chelsea’s skills were put to the test again with a successful result. She does not take “no,” “next week,” or “maybe” for an answer. She drives results for her clients. In a crowded industry with uneven talent, Chelsea is the right choice.

I cannot recommend Chelsea highly enough. She made a very difficult situation, selling my recently deceased father’s home, which I grew up in, as easy as I could have hoped for. She understood both my sister and me, and knew that our paramount need from her was help moving the process along and getting the right people in the right place at the right time. Chelsea assured me that she would manage everything from the tenant exit walk through, evaluating damages and determining what repairs were required to list the house. After she successfully managed the tenant’s exit, she organized the staging of the house, painting and other required repairs. In addition, she prepared all the marketing materials and had the home ready for listing within 3 weeks of our tenants moving out. Chelsea has been in the real estate business for many years and has established a very strong network and reputation within the real estate agent community. This became very apparent when over 60 real estate agents showed up for the broker tour. This demand produced an offer within 24 hours and it was significantly over asking! Chelsea was very thorough and knowledgeable during the due diligence phase and she held our hand through closing. The entire process from the tenant’s exit to closing was less than 2 months and it didn’t require us to visit our 2nd home. I truly think that was only possible due to Chelsea’s meticulous, hands-on approach.
